Workout #120

Yourself! Fitness Workout #120, 30 minute cardio / flex, 118 calories
Last night I could feel the soreness from the core workout on Wednesday, and this morning I could feel the lower body workout from yesterday! I loosened up fairly quickly, though. A little too many eagle poses, especially since I need to watch my balance. It shouldn’t be this bad yet, but I still have some baby tummy from last year.
