Pinched Nerve

I didn’t exercise today since I have a pinched nerve in my left shoulder blade, plus I’m pretty sore all over from this weeks’ workouts. I just don’t want to overdo it. I did my light walking outside with Dot this afternoon; it was pretty outside.
