Yourself! Fitness Workout #121, 30 minute cardio / cardio, 201 calories
I did a double dose of cardio today, and it felt pretty good. I probably burned more than 201 calories since Dot smacked into my legs from behind and got upset, so I carried her during ten minutes of the cardio exercise! I got those dreaded one leg bridges again. I think my legs are just too short and I can’t get the right leverage on the ball!
