Yourself! Fitness Workout #123, 30 minute cardio/core, 141 calories
A fun cardio session followed by two sets of squat lunges. It felt good but my shoulders are definitely a little sore from yesterday. Then the core session had way too many side planks and one-leg planks. I was about to tell Maya to ease up a bit when we had six sets of swim! I’m all for laying flat but swim can only do so much for me. At least Maya ended with a nice set of crunches, roll like ball, and seal.
