Yourself! Fitness Workout #122, 30 minute cardio / upper body, 136 calories
I moved back up to 3-pound weights and it felt great, although Maya started with chest flys WITHOUT weights. It was a great workout; we got to all the muscles of the arms. I wish Maya would automatically put arm stretches in the end stretch portion after an upper body workout.
