First Week Menu

I’m hard at work this week working on the first weekly menu for the Better Homemaking Network Food Plan.  This is the toughest because I’m fine tuning breakfasts and lunches, as well as dinner basics.  I think we’ll be eating the same things next week so I can make sure I’ve made all the adjustments needed!  Making menus for other weeks will be a lot easier since I’m only changing out one lunch, and most of the dinner soups will remain the same, too.  I’m also playing with the layout to make it easy to follow.

The fun thing is that I am on track to lose at least 3 pounds this week!
