Yourself! Fitness Workout #124, 45 minute cardio / lower body, 245 calories
I was worried at first whether I would be worn out at the end of the cardio, but it was only 15 minutes long. What was I thinking, bumping up the time on the lower body day? Thankfully I didn’t get a lungefest, which Maya loves to do. There was a nice variety of exercises, at least up until the end, when we did four sets of one-leg-bridges! That is the tough one for me to do on lower body, I think because my legs are short and the yoga ball is big, hehe. Of course, Dot likes to provide extra resistance by sitting on – and bouncing on – my tummy.
