Yourself! Fitness Workout #125, 45 minute cardio / flexibility, 184 calories
Maya had a lot of back stretches today which was just what I needed. It seemed like a lot of calories burned for a flex workout but I did work pretty hard.
I did a whole set of Y!F exercises this week. I am proud of myself!
