Workout #26

No workout on Saturday – I took the day off to read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Finished just in time to go to church on Sunday. My husband has taken the book to work with him today. =)

Today was workout #26. I thought Maya would be mad since I missed Saturday, but she just said, “Hey, I’m glad you’re here!” I guess missing my first workout after 25 in a row was cool with her.

Funny how my 60 minute workouts are never 60 minutes. Today’s cardio started with the timer at 64 minutes!
That was 46 minutes cardio, 16 minute lunge fest, and 2 minute stretches. The second half of the lunge fest was the UB/LB combos, but again, with no weights. I was smart this time and picked up the weights the very first time. But I only did the upper body exercises since the lunges had already killed my toes.

I had some more pain last night, but today I’m feeling good. Hopefully this means I’m back on track for my weight loss, having maintained for a couple of weeks now. Even so, I bet I’m still building some muscle. My tone seems much better. I’ll have some measurements done this week. I still need to add my hour treadmill back into my daily routine. Maintaining is great, but it will take hard work and extra effort to get the rest of this weight off!
