Fluidity and Physical Challenge

Workout (Yourself! Fitness) Physical Challenge:

I showed quite a bit of improvement; even my heart rate went down a little. I am very pleased with the results.

Workout: Fluidity beginner

It was nice to dust off this workout. Even Dot did some pull-ups on the bar – well, she came close, anyway. I still can’t manage to do her version of crunches – very tough!

I noticed this morning that the church bulletin announced a 40-day challenge to read the Book of Mormon. I even have a little booklet that our Relief Society had put together late in 2007 when I was pregnant. I kept it in my nightstand, always planning on getting to it at some point. I’m not sure why I read through the announcements from yesterday’s crumpled program as I cleaned out the diaper bag, but I took it as a big hint! I’m trying to get my priorities in line, anyway, since I am worried about having so much to do right now. This will be a good kick-start to get them back into order. I managed to get the first day’s reading done by reading bits throughout the day.
